A ticket is admission for one person to one event, on the date shown at the time of purchase. It is not a seat, and it does not guarantee entry if you are refused at the door under the house rules below.
Prices are in UAE Dirham and they are final. The price on each ticket already includes the service fee, and the order summary shows every amount before you pay.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.. We never see or store your card details.
Your ticket is issued once the payment is confirmed. You receive it by email, with a QR code attached.
Each QR code works once. Whoever presents it first gets in. Screenshots and forwarded tickets work exactly the same way, so do not send yours to anyone you do not trust.
If a ticket has already been scanned, the door will show the time it was used. That is final.
Only the person a ticket is currently issued to can pass it on, from their account. The ticket then gets a new QR code, and the old one no longer opens the door.
The purchase and its receipt stay with the buyer. A ticket that has been refunded or used cannot be passed on.
Tickets are not refundable once issued, except where the law of the United Arab Emirates says otherwise.
A full refund cancels every ticket in the order: their QR codes stop working at the door. A partial refund leaves the tickets valid.
If an event is cancelled, you get back everything you paid, service fee included, to the card you paid with, within fourteen days. If an event is moved to another date, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if that does not suit you, ask us for a refund before the new date.
Entry is 21+. Bring photo ID. The door can refuse entry, and management can ask anyone to leave, without giving a reason and without a refund.
Photography and filming happen at our events. If you are in a shot and want it taken down, write to us.
These terms follow the law of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai decide any dispute.
