We keep what we need to get you through the door, and nothing more. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
When you buy a ticket: your email address, your phone number, what you bought, and the payment reference from Stripe. The phone number exists because the door may need to reach you on the night.
When you are on a guest list: your name and email address, plus a note if whoever invited you wrote one.
When you are scanned at the door: the time, and which staff member scanned you.
When you join the waiting list for a sold-out night: your email address and which night it was. We use it for that night and nothing else, and we delete the list once the night is over.
When you write to us through the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.
When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address, the language of the page and where on the site you signed up. We use it to tell you about new nights, line-ups and ticket releases, and for nothing else.
Only the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only the part each of them needs:
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — Card payments (EU / USA).
Supabase Inc. — Database and file storage (India (Mumbai)).
Vercel Inc. — Hosting and delivery (Global edge network).
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — Ticket and contact emails (USA / EU (Ireland)).
Orders and tickets stay for as long as the tax rules of the United Arab Emirates require us to keep records of a sale. Guest list entries are deleted after the event they belong to. Contact messages are deleted once the matter is settled. A newsletter address stays until you ask us to remove it.
Write to hello@spacefruits.ae and ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it. We answer within thirty days.
We count which pages are opened and how far a purchase gets, in our own database, to learn which nights and which links work. Each visit gets a random number that ends when you close the browser, together with the campaign link you arrived through, if any. We do not store your IP address or your device, and none of it leaves this site.
Vercel measures how fast pages load, without cookies and without identifying you.
Signed in: the sign-in cookies keep you signed in, and one more remembers the last name used on this device so the sign-in page can greet you. "Not you?" removes it.
Shopping: one cookie holds your cart for fourteen days (item and quantity, never a price).
Every visit: one session cookie with the random visit number described under Statistics. It ends when you close the browser.
There is no advertising pixel, and therefore no cookie banner to click away.
